SCHEDULING

do not call the salon for questions for a specific stylist.  All stylist are independent and communicate directly with their clients.  thier contact info is on the stylist page.  only call the salon if you are a new client wanting a appointment.  

To schedule an appointment, please go to the stylist page where there is a link and also photos of the stylist with links to their work.  When scheduling a color service please read the descriptions and book the correct service so we make sure we have enough time. if the wrong service is booked you may have to be rescheduled to time where the service can fit and if you are a new color client please email your stylist a picture of your hair currently and also your inspiration photo(s). ARRIVING

On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time to ensure you receive the best service. Please allow ample time for traveling and parking at the studio.

If you are running late, we will make every effort to attempt to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that your appointment will likely need to be rescheduled.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and date changes are required at least 72 hours in advance. Please note that cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to half of the scheduled service.  A client who no-shows their appointment without calling before the day of their service will be charged 75% of the booked service.  Do not email the salon as we only check our salon email once a day.  you may only Callor text the salon and/or text your stylist to cancel within the 72 hour window.  if you try to cancel by email you will be charged the cancellation fee if email is time stamped within the 72 hour window.   

 

PAYMENT

We accept payments by cash, check or credit card.

GRATUITIES

 

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.
